Why can I not transfer funds from my wallet to my MT4?


There are several reasons why you may not be able to transfer funds from your wallet into your MT4 account. The most common reason is that the payment method you have used to deposit has not been verified.

If you deposited for the first time with a Credit/Debit Card and you did not provide front and back side colour copies of your card; clearly showing your name, the last 4 digits of the card number and the expiration date, your deposit will not be approved and you will not be able to transfer the funds. Please upload the card copies into your Secure Area profile or send them by email to our support. In the event that the card you have used to deposit does not show your name on it, please also provide a bank statement or bank document clearly showing your name and the last 4 digits of the card number.

If you deposited for the first time using an e-wallet (such as Skrill or Neteller) registered to an email address other than your TradersTrust’s profile email, you will not be able to transfer funds to your MT4. In this case, please email customer support with a screenshot of your e-wallet showing your name and email address.
