Junior IT/Systems Administrator




Responsibilities

  • • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
  • • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems (Windows & macOS), network servers, and virtualization.
  • • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
  • • Install and upgrade computer components and software.
  • • Perform user account setup on workstations, mobile devices and tablets.
  • • Provide Office 365 support.
  • • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
  • • Perform any related IT work as assigned.
  • • Perform regular backup/restore operations migration and upgrades.
  • • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • • Communication with external IT related vendors.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • • Preferably a degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology or related subject
  • • 1+ years of relevant professional experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • • Hands on experience with computer setups.
  • • TCP/IP stack and networking knowledge.
  • • AWS Services knowledge.
  • • MS Active knowledge Directory Services
  • • Working knowledge with Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VPN, Networking and Administration of Windows.

Customer Support Officer
(Japanese Speaking, Full-time)




Responsibilities

  • • Daily routines will include handling client Profile registrations, translations and document checking for clients who wish to open an account with us.
  • • Using an inhouse developed back office systems, provide front-line customer support for relevant interaction with clients covering e-mail/ticketing system and chat service.
  • • Perform, deliver and contribute to a variety of onboarding procedures as and when required.
  • • Working as a shift (JST 09:00/10:00 – 17:00/18:00, CY 09:00/10;00-17:00/18:00) but not limited to.
  • • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements

  • • Proficiency in English to a business level and Native Japanese with proper manner and business customs is a must.
  • • Proficiency to use office related software, Microsoft office (word, Excel, outlook etc.)
  • • Proficiency to use personal computers (chat software, ticketing system), basic knowledge of HTML etc.
  • • Good understanding of foreign exchange, derivatives, margin FX, index & precious metals, Brokerage industry services and trading Platform are strongly preferred.

Working hours and location

  • • Request and check proof documents
  • • Run World Compliance checks
  • • Verify client profiles
  • • Update client records
  • • Perform duties in line with the necessary KYC, AML and Due Diligence controls

  • • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding clients through corrective steps
  • • Handle and resolve clients complaints
