How long does it take for my withdrawn funds to reach me?

We process all withdrawal requests within one working day (during normal office working hours 0900 – 1800 GMT+3 Monday-Friday). Withdrawals made outside of these hours will be processed on the following working day. The time necessary for the funds to reach you depends on the method used to withdraw and the policy of the method being used.

Bank wire and credit/debit card withdrawals can take 3-7 working days to be seen in the client’s account, whereas e-wallets and other methods reflect much faster.
