I am not able to open a LIVE trading account from my Secure Area, what should I do?

A – If you have not completed your profile correctly or if there are some KYC documents missing or not approved, your account will not be verified and you will not be able to open a LIVE trading account. You can check the status of your profile by clicking on the highlighted icon on the top left-hand side of your Secure Area profile:
