If the chart screen says ”Waiting for update” even though the colours at the bottom right of the platform are green/green or green/red and confirm that the status is connected, it is possible that your trading account has been placed in a dormant status.
If you notice the above symptoms, please send an email to our Customer Support to request the reactivation of your dormant account.
