Why can’t I transfer funds from my wallet to my MT4?


If the funds transfer between your wallet and your trading account is disabled, usually the payment method you used to deposit needs to be verified. Please check your email address for a notification from Traders Trust.

To verify the payment method used:

  • Credit/Debit Card – to confirm you’re the card holder card copies may be required. Please email a clear colour copy of the front and back of your card displaying
    • Your name
    • Last 4 digits of the card
    • The card expiration date

to [email protected] or upload them into the client area – My TTCM.

If the card used doesn’t display your name, please email across a card statement displaying your name and the last 4 digits of the card you used to deposit.

  • E-Wallet (Skrill, Neteller etc.) – if the e-wallet email is different from the Traders Trust registered email, all you need to do to verify the payment is to email across a screenshot of your e-wallet account displaying your name and registered email address.
  • Other methods – simply email across a screenshot of your payment account displaying your name, the registered email address or account address.
