Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote company’s financial products and services

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service

  • Discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner

  • Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation

  • Train clients on the Company’s trading systems

  • Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephone and email

  • A University Degree in Finance/ Business Administration or related field

  • Fluency in English plus any additional languages is required (Italian, German, Czech, Russian, Spanish)

  • A proven track record of sales achievements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated and self-organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work on their own initiative and generate sales leads

  • Prior experience in Financial Services, FX markets will be considered an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create content that allows site visitors to get the information they want quickly and efficiently from our websites and forums

  • Prepare marketing and promotional emails, company news articles and press releases

  • To actively participate in the identification and development of marketing initiatives and promotional materials

  • Ensure the accuracy and correctness of all online and offline content through proofreading and editing

  • Keep up to date with emerging trading news through relevant blogs and events

  • Keep well informed of competitor marketing initiatives and promotions

  • Create content and manage the social media channels of the company

  • Setting objectives for social media, including growth, reach, engagement, lead & conversion and monitoring progress

  • Creating and implementing a dynamic content strategy for the company’s social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, forums) to reach these goals and develop the company’s brand

  • Working closely with the marketing, PR, SEO & creative and other teams to ensure social media messaging ties in with overall marketing, SEO and PR activities

  • Monitoring activity on social media platforms and responding in a timely and accurate manner, reflecting the company’s values

  • Monitor trends in social media and respond when required to these trends

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing

  • Experience within the FX industry or a financial services business

  • Impeccable command of the English language additional languages will be considered an advantage

  • Excellent writer, attentive to detail and can work to deadlines

  • Produce web design artwork to support marketing initiatives

  • Coding his design for the website

  • Responsible for building the company’s brand visually

  • Ensuring brand consistency across all mediums.

  • Managing time/tasks effectively as the team will be managing multiple projects running simultaneously.

  • Develop superior and compelling designs for the web that target focused markets.

  • Translate existing concepts and ideas into professional page layouts

  • Working in a small yet very creative team.

  • Implement supplied translations in different languages for Company campaigns.

  • Perform original design work, using more sophisticated features of software and web tools, create Flash banners, landing pages, e-mail campaigns

  • Design and develop all advertising campaigns

  • Knowledge of Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, DreamWeaver, is a must

  • Personal portfolio is a must

  • Good knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap Framework, is a must

  • Experience in mobile first design

  • Experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS and/or Sass

  • Min 2 years in similar position

  • Have imaginative flair and awareness of current trend in the visual arts and social media

  • Practical knowledge of the latest computer packages

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

  • High attention to detail

  • University degree in web design, or equivalent field would be an advantage
